Platform Rules & Player Obligations

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player," "User," or "you") and php828 ("php828," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the php828 online gaming platform, website, applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").

Your continued use of the php828 Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at php828.cam/terms-conditions.

These Terms apply to all users of the php828 Platform, regardless of the device, browser, or method of access used. Players accessing php828 from the Philippines are additionally subject to all applicable Philippine laws and PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) regulations governing online gaming.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the php828 Platform, through which the Player accesses Services.
• "Balance" means the total PHP (Philippine Peso) funds held in a Player's php828 Account, including both real-money funds and any applicable bonus credits.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other incentive issued by php828 to a Player's Account subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Games" means all casino games, live dealer games, slots, sports betting markets, bingo, and other wagering activities available through the php828 Platform.
• "Stake" or "Wager" means the amount of real-money Balance or qualifying Bonus Balance placed on any Game outcome.
• "Withdrawal" means a Player's request to transfer funds from their php828 Account Balance to a designated payment method.
• "Verification" means the identity and age verification process required by php828 before processing a Player's first Withdrawal.

To register and maintain an Account on the php828 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling participation in the Philippines.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not hold an existing php828 Account. Only one Account per person, household, IP address, and payment method is permitted.
• You have not previously been self-excluded, suspended, or permanently closed from the php828 Platform.
• You will provide accurate, truthful, and current registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.

php828 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any eligibility criterion at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photographic identification (Philippine passport, UMID, or driver's license) and proof of residential address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension and retention of disputed funds pending resolution.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. Specifically:

1. You must not share your php828 login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
2. You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account.
3. You must notify php828 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.
4. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, including any activity resulting from unauthorized access that you failed to report in a timely manner.
5. You must ensure your contact details (email address and mobile number) remain current and accurate at all times, as these are used for account recovery, 2FA, and important account notifications.

php828 will never contact you by email, live chat, or phone to request your full password, GCash MPIN, or complete payment card details. Any such request is indicative of a phishing attempt and should be reported to php828 support immediately.

5.1 Deposits. All deposits to your php828 Account must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. All Account Balances are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit screen at the time of transaction. php828 does not charge a deposit fee, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit to your php828 Account, or to a verified bank account registered in your name. php828 does not transfer winnings to third-party accounts. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your Account must be fully verified prior to processing any Withdrawal.
• Any active Bonus wagering requirements must be completed before the funds subject to those requirements can be withdrawn.
• php828 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawals that exceed defined thresholds or exhibit unusual patterns, which may extend processing times.
• Withdrawal processing timelines are: GCash same-day to 24 hours; PayMaya same-day to 24 hours; bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) 1–3 business days. These timelines are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by payment provider processing times.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering. php828 is committed to full compliance with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines), as amended. We are required to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities and may be obligated to freeze or return funds pending investigation. Cooperation with these legal obligations is not a breach of contract by php828.

php828 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of the promotion:

1. Bonuses are only available to Players who have opted in or otherwise claimed the promotion in the manner specified by php828.
2. Each Bonus will specify a wagering requirement (also called a playthrough requirement), which must be completed in full before any winnings derived from Bonus play can be withdrawn.
3. Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of issuance. Any uncompleted wagering requirement or remaining Bonus Balance at the point of expiry will be forfeited without compensation.
4. Not all Games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game type is specified in the individual promotion terms. Live dealer games typically contribute less than slots.
5. php828 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Bonus at any time if there is reason to believe the Bonus is being abused, exploited, or obtained fraudulently.
6. A maximum cashout limit may apply to winnings derived from Bonus play. Where a maximum cashout limit applies, it will be stated in the promotion terms.

All Games offered on the php828 Platform are provided by certified third-party game suppliers. Each game has its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with game-specific rules before placing any Wager.

All RNG-based games on php828 use a certified Random Number Generator that has been independently tested and verified by a recognized testing laboratory. The outcome of each game round is determined solely by the RNG at the moment of play and is not influenced by php828 or any other party.

In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed result on your device and the result recorded on php828's servers, the server-side record shall be the definitive record for all purposes. php828's system logs are the authoritative record of all game activity.

php828 reserves the right to void any Wager or game result where a manifest error — including incorrect odds posting, software malfunction, or data feed failure — has materially affected the game or wager in question. Players will be notified of any such void and the relevant Stake will be returned to their Account Balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the php828 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of Balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, directly or through third parties.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or verification information.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated means to interact with the Platform or exploit games.
• Colluding with other Players in live dealer games, poker, or any other multiplayer format.
• Exploiting any bug, glitch, or error in the Platform's software for financial gain.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform for money laundering purposes.
• Engaging in chargebacks, disputed transactions, or fraudulent payment activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law, while misrepresenting your location.

php828 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and preventing the harm associated with problem gambling. The Platform provides a range of tools to support Players in managing their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be logged out automatically.
• Reality Check: Pop-up notifications at defined intervals remind Players of their session duration and current balance.
• Cooling-Off: Players may apply a temporary self-exclusion of 24 hours to 30 days from the Account settings panel.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent self-exclusion is available through the Account settings. Once activated, it cannot be reversed. Players who have permanently self-excluded will not receive marketing communications from php828.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the php828 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform.

The php828 name, logo, and all associated trade marks and service marks are the exclusive property of php828. Unauthorized use of any php828 trade mark is strictly prohibited.

php828 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and forms part of the legal agreement between you and php828. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and agree to the php828 Privacy Policy.

php828 collects personal data including but not limited to your name, date of birth, address, email address, mobile number, payment details, and gaming activity for the purposes of account management, identity verification, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and the provision of Services.

php828 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, game providers, regulatory authorities, and law enforcement agencies as required by law or for the operation of the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, php828 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for:

1. Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
2. Any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Platform.
3. Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or Services, whether due to technical failure, maintenance, or circumstances beyond php828's control.
4. Any unauthorized access to or use of php828's servers or any personal information stored therein, to the extent such access occurs despite php828's reasonable security measures.
5. Any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in content displayed on the Platform that do not directly result in financial loss to a Player's Account.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude php828's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter for which liability cannot be lawfully limited or excluded under Philippine law.

php828 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account at any time and without prior notice where php828 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Account or associated funds are connected to fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering activity.
• The Player is under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible to hold an Account.
• The Player has provided false or misleading registration or verification information.
• It is required to do so by law, regulatory directive, or order of a competent court.

Players may also close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting php828 support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of any outstanding Bonus obligations) will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method within the standard withdrawal timeframe, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and php828, you agree to contact php828 support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. php828 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve disputes within 14 business days of receipt of a written complaint submitted to [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the final resolution of any claim.

php828 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to Players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the php828 Platform at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect, except where an immediate change is required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the php828 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13 of these Terms.
